- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el 9 de agosto de 2017, por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Administrativo del Circuito de Yopal, mediante el cual se declaró incompetente para conocer la acción de tutela formulada por el ciudadano Salvador Chaparro Socha contra la Secretaría de Hacienda del Departamento del Tolima -Oficina Financiera de Rentas e Ingresos del Departamento del Tolima-.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado
- Segundo. Administrativo del Circuito de Yopal, a fin de que, sin más dilaciones, asuma de manera inmediata el conocimiento del amparo solicitado.
